DESPATCH & DELIVERY
Whilst every endeavour will be made to adhere to the quoted delivery date, we cannot accept
responsibility for loss or cost incurred due to late deliveries on orders. Delivery times quoted are
plus time taken for orders to be processed, i.e. payment clearance and administration.
DEFECTIVE GOODS
Any goods supplied by MR PLASTIC TRADE WAREHOUSE LTD, which are either defective in material, or not
in accordance with the order, we will replace or refund at our discretion with no extra costs.
SUITABILITY
Goods sold are not sold particularly for any purpose. MR PLASTIC TRADE WAREHOUSE LTD, will however at
their discretion exchange any undamaged goods with a 20% handling charge from the original invoice
value, plus any other charges, i.e. carriage or administration cost, collection incurred. Sorry, no
goods can be supplied on sale or return condition. MR PLASTIC TRADE WAREHOUSE LTD, reserves the right
to change design and specification of all products.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
MR PLASTIC TRADE WAREHOUSE LTD, reserve the right to cancel any order by returning all monies
involved. All shortages and damaged items MUST be notified in writing to MR PLASTIC TRADE WAREHOUSE
LTD within 3 days. We reserve the right to change any specification or price without notice. All
prices shown are subject to the standard rate of VAT.
